OUR STORY

The stride program was created by Reiner Erlings, a certified nutrition and fitness specialist, based in dubai. Struggling with his weight for much of his adult life, he eventually decided to make a change and ultimately developed a nutrition program which allowed him to lose 40 kgs over the course of a year. Fuelled by a desire to help others achieve the same goal he decided to set up The Stride Program. 

Everyone is different, which is why we don't offer the same nutrition and fitness program to everyone. Instead, a comprehensive analysis of your body, eating habits, preferences and goals is made, following which a custom made program is developed for you. No gym experience or culinary skills required. This program works because it takes into account your unique preferences, cultural background, and fitness experience. Challenges are added in step by step, making it suitable for people of all ages and stages in life.

Our Philosophy

We believe that the mind and body are each others’ mirrors and a true transformation always starts from the inside out. Even though we’ve read and heard “Good health is 80% diet, 20% exercise” countless times, somehow the emphasis on exercise far exceeds that of nutrition. With The Stride Program, we create a bespoke, customised nutrition and fitness plan for you. Our nutrition plans are based around your customs, culture and existing diet, making it fun and easy to hit your goals, one milestone at a time.

If you’ve tried many diets, exercise programs and feel like nothing has worked for you in the long run, we’re here to tell you that, that’s exactly what was supposed to happen. YOUR body is unique and has its own health identity and expecting similar results to others on the same program will inevitably lead to disappointment and frustration with one’s goals. With The Stride Program, our focus is on studying each individual as a case in their own, and laying the foundation for your own distinctive journey in self-care. Our program has led to dramatic body transformations but even more importantly, to transforming our clients’ mindsets towards their own capabilities and going far beyond their perceived limits.
