The Stride Program

Everyone is different, which is why we don't offer the same nutrition program to everyone. Instead, a comprehensive analysis of your body, eating habits, preferences and goals is made, following which a custom made program is developed for you. No gym experience or culinary skills required. This program works because it takes into account your unique preferences, cultural background, and fitness experience. Challenges are added in step by step, making it suitable for people of all ages and stages in life. Our nutrition program is not a day by day meal plan which you have to follow mindlessly. Instead, we will teach you the art of flexible eating, forging lasting new habits and a new attitude towards food. This is a proven method for not only losing weight, but also keeping it off forever.

How it works:

  1. After an initial consultation, where the program will be explained to you, you will be asked to submit detailed information about your eating habits, preferences, weight loss, exercise regimes, and medical history.
  2. A custom-made nutrition program is developed, following a 2-4 month trajectory towards an ultimate goal, with monthly milestones.
  3. Your program will be explained to you in detail at your first session, where we will also be taking body measurements, allowing us to track your progress accurately.
  4. There will be a weekly or bi-weekly checkin, where we review your progress and make adjustments to keep you on track!
